First Visit

The first appointment is where we establish the foundation of our work together. A thorough health history is taken and any challenges or health concerns you may be experiencing will be discussed. Our approach to health and healing will be explained as well any options for your health care.

The initial visit can take up to 90 minutes and includes acupuncture treatment.

Continuing Care

Follow up appointment for continuing care of existing clients can be booked for 60 or 90 minute sessions.
